As part of your service contract we carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of your vending machines to keep everything working as it should. But on those rare occasions when something does go wrong, our experienced on-site engineers are here to help.

We operate a fully automated hi-tech management system that logs your request for a call out and tracks it until it is fully resolved.

Our computer software enables us to make direct contact with the engineer so that initial contact with you is swift and personal.

If a call out is required, our engineers aim to be with you in central London with 60 minutes and under normal circumstances would expect to have the issue resolved within 2 hours max..... and because we recognise that not all businesses are 9 - 5 we operate an emergency service outside normal business hours all through the year.

All faults are logged and data stored on our system, enabling us to monitor faults and be proactive in maintaining the vending machines and resolve any issues in the fastest possible time.
